All logos that are uploaded to our site should be in JPEG format and be a minimum of 200DPI. If you are unsure about the quality of your logo please continue to use it on the site. We check all logos before we print the books and if we feel that your logo needs to be re-drawn or require additional work to make it ready for print we will contact you and do this for you free of charge. If you are having trouble uploading your logo please contact us at exercisebooks@hamelinbrands.com or 0800 254 5052.

If you can't find a product you want please reach out to EPSL our bespoke exercise book partner. They make books to order including custom covers, tinted paper, bespoke rulings and inset pages. Click the "Bespoke" link at the top of the page or click this link to view their site.

We are confident that the price we list on our site will beat the current price from your supplier for personalised exercise books. Please contact us on 0800 254 5052 for more information. If this price is still more expensive than your current supplier please contact us and we will price match like for like.

Your details can all be changed in your account, which can be accessed by clicking on your log in email address in the top right hand side beside the shopping basket icon

You may cancel your order at any time before the supply is made. If you do, you are to pay us on demand a reasonable cancellation charge which takes into account all work we have done under the agreement, all costs we have incurred and any costs we are committed to pay, and our loss of profit.

A copy of your order will be sent to the email address that is registered to your account as confirmation. Alternatively, you can access your order history and print this off in the ‘Order’ Section in your account area.

If you order standard exercise books these will be delivered to you within 5 working days. If you have ordered your personalised exercise books through our fast track service, you will receive these 3 weeks from approval of your logo. If you have ordered your personalised exercise books through our Back to School Service, we operate an 8-week lead time. We will always give you a delivery from date when you place your order on the site or via email.

All orders that are £50 and above, after discounts, will be delivered to you free of charge. Any orders under £50 will be subject to a £35 delivery charge. (If you order is under £50 then look at our other products such as Glue sticks, Copy paper and Flash Cards)
